1. Who we are
The Call The Score platform is operated by a natural person acting as the platform administrator ("the Operator", "we").

2. About the service
Call The Score is a free sports prediction platform for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Users complete their prediction sheets, accumulate points based on the published rules, and can view leaderboards. The service is offered for recreational and entertainment purposes and does not constitute real-money betting.
3. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.
- Only one active account per person is allowed. Duplicate or abusive accounts may be suspended.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity in your account.
4. Participation rules
Predictions must be entered before the deadlines shown on the platform. The full scoring rules and prediction lock conditions are available in the Rules section, which forms an integral part of these terms.
We reserve the right to correct obvious score or standings errors, recalculate points, and invalidate predictions entered after the deadline, in accordance with the rules.
5. Prohibited behaviour
- attempting to access other users' accounts or data;
- using bots, scripts, or unauthorised automated methods;
- distributing malware or attacking infrastructure;
- offensive, illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights;
- any activity that distorts the leaderboard or competition integrity.
6. Intellectual property
Platform content (design, text, code, structure) belongs to the Operator or its licensors. Team names, competitions, and associated brands belong to their respective owners. Using the site does not grant you rights over these elements.
7. Availability and changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service online but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or close features, with or without prior notice, especially for technical, security, or legal reasons.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, interruptions, or errors caused by factors beyond reasonable control (including third-party provider unavailability).
Participation is free; no cash prizes are guaranteed under these terms unless separately and explicitly announced by the Operator.
9. Data protection
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy. By using the service, you confirm that you have read that policy.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or delete your account if you breach these terms or the competition rules, without compensation.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and otherwise by the competent courts in Romania, unless the law provides otherwise.
12. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The applicable version is the one published on this page. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms, to the extent permitted by law.
